This beautiful Kedron Queenslander was designed and built in 2020. The plans included the carport, house, and swimming pool. 

The residential design at Twin Waters was designed to take advantage of the block of land, orientating the house to maximize better use of the sun's path and natural breezes.

The Doonan House sits centrally on a small acreage lot and was orientated to take advantage of prevailing breezes and sunlight. 

The house at Yaroomba, was designed to take advantage of the views to Mount Coolum and make the most of the sea breezes. The plans included the house and swimming pool.
