Twin Waters
The house at Twin Waters was designed to take advantage of the block of land, orientating the house to maximize better use of the sun's path and natural breezes, which heat or cool the home in changing seasons.
This included outdoor entertaining, large windows and swimming pool on the northern elevation.
This house consisted of 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, and 2 bathrooms.
Doonan House
The Doonan House was designed for a young family on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. The house was positioned centrally on a small acreage lot and was orientated to take advantage of prevailing breezes and sun light. The house consists of 5 bedrooms, gymnasium, 2 living area's, 3.5 bathrooms.
Yaroomba House
The house at Yaroomba on the Sunshine Coast, was designed to take advantage of the views to Mount Coolum and make the most of the sea breezes. There are high windows strategically positioned on the North Elevation to allow the winter sun to warm the first floor living areas in winter and in improve cross ventilation to help cool the house in summer.
