The Coolum renovation was designed and built in 2006. The original house was built in the 70s on a hill in Coolum. We worked with the new owners to design a house for the family to live in, the renovation included, a new games room, bar, bathroom and swimming pool on the ground floor, two new bedrooms  and a large veranda on the first floor, master bedroom on the second floor. The layout was orientated to maximise the northerly ocean and hinterland views.
